How long does it take to go live?
7 days from when you pay. That's written into the contract — if we can't go live in 7 days, month 1 is on us.
Do I have to change anything about how I already work?
No. You keep your Checkatrade profile, your Google Calendar, your phone, your existing customers. We plug in on the response side only.
What if my diary's already full?
We pause lead response when you tell us to. Your Google Calendar is the source of truth. If you're booked up for two weeks, we hold new leads until there's space — or you approve us to push them to a waitlist.
What about my existing CRM (Tradify / Jobber / whatever I use)?
You keep using whatever you use. We don't integrate with it. You'll get a daily summary on WhatsApp of every new booked job — you enter it into your CRM however you normally do.
Can customers send me photos over text?
Yes. We default to WhatsApp for the conversation so photos come through cleanly. If they only have SMS, we switch them to email for any attachments.
What counts as a "booked job" for the guarantee?
A customer who has agreed a day and time, is on your calendar, and has received a confirmation from us. Not just a quote sent. Not just a conversation started. An actual slot on your calendar with a confirmed customer.
What if I want to leave?
Month-to-month. No contract lock-in. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Your existing customers stay yours, your profile is yours, your data is yours — we're just the response layer.
Why the 30-lead condition on the guarantee?
Because the mechanism works on volume. If you're in a rural postcode getting 12 leads a month from Checkatrade, no response-layer on earth will book you 6 jobs from that pool. We'll spot it fast — usually in week 1 — and the conversation shifts to fixing your platform coverage, not refunding the guarantee. We're in it with you either way.
